We bought a vacation home in Boston from Paul. Purchasing a home out of state is tough, really tough especially when you are dealing with the different real estate laws. Inspections, banks, HOA's, and the homeowners. It's a lot of work. Paul took care of it all with ease. Home was bought but we still had work to do to get the place to where we wanted it. We told Paul what we needed and he had the contractors lined up and had the jobs finished before we moved in. Paul goes the extra mile out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Paul help my wife and I find a home for our family in which we will enjoy for many years to come.
