Being a first time home buyer, I needed an agent who was knowledgeable, responsible, timely, and patient as they would basically need to explain everything to me! With Paul I got all of that and so much more. He is such a kind man, which made the experience more comfortable and the process smooth. I can't say enough about him and neither can my parents who were worried about trusting the word of any agent! But with Paul, my parents trust his every word and knew he had my best interests in mind. Paul would do things for me that I wouldn't expect an agent to even do, like texting me names and phone numbers of people/services that might come in handy, asking the seller of the condo I bought if he would leave the curtains (I didn't even think of this!), respond to calls/texts within the hour almost always, continues to help me and is just as responsive even after I purchased my property.
